1. Service

ProfitPulse ek Windows desktop software hai jo aapki khud download ki hui Meesho files se profit reports banata hai. Ye ek independent tool hai — Meesho se koi affiliation, endorsement ya API integration nahi hai.

2. License

  • 1 license = 1 computer (Device ID based offline activation)
  • Us computer pe unlimited firms use kar sakte ho
  • Computer badalne pe key transfer — saal me 1 baar free
  • License resell, share ya redistribute nahi kar sakte

3. Subscription & billing

₹1 ka trial app ke andar shuru hota hai: 7 din, saare features. Isse UPI AutoPay mandate (ya card) set ho jata hai taki aage billing apne aap chal sake. 7 din ke andar kabhi bhi cancel karo, aage kuch charge nahi hoga — apne UPI app ke Autopay / Mandates section me AutoPay mandate khud cancel kar do. 7 din ke baad ₹799/mahina apne aap bill hota hai. Kabhi bhi cancel karo; agla mahina charge nahi hoga.

₹7,999 me 12 mahine — ye one-time payment hai, subscription nahi. Ye apne aap renew nahi hota, aur 12 mahine ke baad kuch charge nahi hoga. Aage continue karna ho to dobara khareed lena. Kharidne ke 7 din ke andar kaho to poora refund milega (Refund / Cancellation Policy dekho). Aapka data dono soorat me aapke computer pe hi rehta hai.

4. Accuracy

ProfitPulse aapki di hui files ke data pe hisaab dikhata hai. Hum reports ki accuracy ke liye poori koshish karte hain, par ye tax/legal advice nahi hai — final filing apne CA se verify karo. Hum kisi business decision ke result ki guarantee nahi dete.

5. Updates

Active subscription me software updates included hain — Meesho file format badalne pe hum update bhejte hain.

6. Aapka data

Software offline chalta hai; aapka business data aapke PC pe rehta hai. Subscription band hone pe bhi aapka data aapke paas hi rehta hai.

7. Liability

Software "as is" provide hota hai. Kisi indirect ya consequential nuksaan ki liability nahi. Maximum liability = aapke last payment ka amount.
