1. Service
ProfitPulse is a Windows desktop software that builds profit reports from the Meesho files you download yourself. It is an independent tool — no affiliation, endorsement or API integration with Meesho.
2. Licence
- 1 licence = 1 computer (Device ID based offline activation)
- You can use unlimited firms on that computer
- Changing computers transfers the key — once a year, free
- You may not resell, share or redistribute the licence
3. Subscription & billing
The ₹1 trial starts inside the app: 7 days, all features. It sets up a UPI AutoPay mandate (or card) so billing can continue automatically. Cancel any time during the 7-day trial and nothing further is charged — cancel the AutoPay mandate yourself, in the Autopay / Mandates section of your UPI app. After the 7-day trial, ₹799/month is auto-billed. Cancel any time; the next month is not charged.
₹7,999 for 12 months — a one-time payment, not a subscription. It does not auto-renew, and nothing is charged at the end of the 12 months. To continue after that, buy again. A full refund is available if you ask within 7 days of purchase (see Refund / Cancellation Policy). Your data stays on your computer either way.

4. Accuracy
ProfitPulse calculates on the data in the files you provide. We work hard for accuracy, but this is not tax/legal advice — verify your final filing with your CA. We don't guarantee the outcome of any business decision.
5. Updates
Software updates are included with an active subscription — when the Meesho file format changes, we send an update.
6. Your data
The software runs offline; your business data stays on your PC. Even if the subscription ends, your data remains with you.
7. Liability
The software is provided "as is". No liability for any indirect or consequential loss. Maximum liability = the amount of your last payment.
