Refund / Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy is the ₹1 trial itself: test the full software for 7 days. If it isn't for you, cancel within 7 days and nothing further is charged.

1. ₹1 Trial

The ₹1 trial isn't refundable (it's a tiny amount anyway). Paying the ₹1 sets up a UPI AutoPay mandate (or card), and after 7 days ₹799/month starts billing automatically. Cancel within 7 days and nothing further is charged — you can cancel it yourself: open the Autopay / Mandates section in your UPI app and stop the ProfitPulse mandate (if you paid by card, stop the e-mandate in your bank app).

2. Subscription refund

Monthly (₹799) subscriptions aren't refunded, because the trial lets you test the full software with no limits. So do take the ₹1 trial first.

3. Yearly (one-time) refund

Yearly has no trial — the 7-day refund window is the trial. Not for you? Message us on WhatsApp at 96307 00730 (or email support@sellerprofitpulse.com) within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the full ₹7,999. Razorpay credits it to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days. When the refund is issued, that year's licence is deactivated. (Monthly doesn't need this — the ₹1 / 7-day trial is the try-before-you-buy, and cancel-before-the-next-cycle is the ongoing remedy.)

4. Cancellation

Cancel anytime — open the Autopay / Mandates section in your UPI app and stop the ProfitPulse mandate
The software keeps working till the end of the current period; the next period won't be charged
Even after cancelling, your data stays on your PC

5. Duplicate / failed payment

Paid twice by mistake, or charged but didn't get a licence — WhatsApp us and we'll raise the full refund with the payment provider (it reaches your account in 5–7 working days).
