The most important thing: your business data stays on your own computer. ProfitPulse runs offline — your Meesho files, sales, costs, customers and profit never reach us. Only a small amount of information leaves your PC when you buy a licence.

1. Your business data stays on your computer

Everything you import — orders, returns, payments, product costs, spreadsheets — is read and stored on your own PC, along with every report the app builds. We do not receive a copy; there is no server holding your sales, costs, customers or profit. Delete the app's data folder and that data is gone from the only place it existed.

2. What we collect when you buy a licence

Your name, email and phone / WhatsApp number — collected by our payment provider, Razorpay, at checkout, so payment can be taken and a receipt issued.
A Device ID from your PC — used to generate an activation key locked to that one computer. One licence = one computer.

3. How your email is used

We use your email only to send your licence key and payment-related mail such as receipts, sent through Resend, our email provider. We do not add you to any marketing list.

4. Payments and card details

Card and UPI details are handled entirely by Razorpay. ProfitPulse never sees them and never stores them — they do not pass through the app or through us at any point.

5. Analytics — none

This website is made of static pages. It runs no analytics, no page-view counting, no advertising trackers and no tracking cookies. Nothing here is watching you read this page.

6. When the app uses the internet

ProfitPulse reaches the internet for two things only: to check your licence is valid, and to check whether a newer version is available. It does not send your business data during either check.

7. What we never do

Never upload your business data to any server.
Never sell, rent or share your data for marketing.
No ads and no advertising trackers.
Never ask for your Meesho password or login, and never store it.

8. How long we keep things, and your choices

We keep your purchase record — name, email, phone and Device ID — as long as your licence needs it and as long as Indian tax/accounting rules require. Your business data's retention is entirely your decision; it never leaves your machine. Email us to ask what we hold, correct it, or delete your purchase record — note that deleting it also ends the licence, which is tied to it.

9. Children

ProfitPulse is a business tool, not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
